The main reason we went to Salzburg was for the Sound Of Music Tour, which was definitely worth it. On the tour we saw all the main filming locations, including the Church Mondsee, the steps in Mirabell Palace and Gardens and the Pavilion. We also enjoyed apple strudel in the center of Salzburg, and rented bikes to cycle along the river Salzach.
