When my Mum and Brother came to see me in Milan, we went on a day trip to Lake Como, here we spent a couple of hours in Como and then took a boat trip across the lake to Bellagio.

Both places were beautiful, however I preferred Bellagio as it was built up one of the mountains so you had to walk up little cobbled steps to get to each street, the shops were also small and quaint with little souvenirs inside. We didn’t get to spend long in Como and Bellagio, however I think we managed to see the majority of both places.

The boat ride across the lake was lovely, seeing all the surrounding mountains was so cool, we also had our tour guide keeping us up to date with everywhere we were passing so we knew what to look out for.
